Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Responsible for daily end-user support of ERP system
- Carry out feasible studies on new user requirements and develop user requirement specification
- Liaise with vendors to implement new user requirements
- Report development and maintenance
- Participate in implementing BI project
- Supporting and training users, and work on documentations
- Ad hoc IT service is required
Requirements:
- Diploma / High Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Solid experience in MS SQL / Oracle DB is a must
- Have a proven track record with at least 2-3 years of working experience in a global environment, integrating with Trading, Distribution and Retail businesses
- Familiar with BI tools like Qlik Sense is highly preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, keen to learn, passionate and proactive
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
