Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 or above, with minimum 1 year working experience. Degree Holder is preferable.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Familiar with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop/ A.I.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence with overseas suppliers
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and tenders
- Assist Manager in meeting with clients and suppliers
- Liaising with co-workers, suppliers, clients and service team
