Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor suppliers including demand planning, order processing and forecasting, suppliers' management and logistics arrangement
Handle sourcing, price negotiation, payment terms, PO, Shipping Documents, order follow up as well as payment arrangement, etc;
Perform price comparison exercise every year.
Work closely with suppliers and monitor material receiving, stock ledger accuracy and ensure quality of products delivery
Manage stock level & logistics to ensure on time delivery
Generate and maintain effective reports to control Su[[liers' delivery plan.
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Food and Nutrition, Food Science, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines;
At least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B industry
Knowledge in purchasing F&B and plastic products is preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Pleasant, mature, proactivem independent, and able to work under pressure
Immediately available is preferred.
