Job Responsibilities

•        Assist legal counsels in providing legal advice and supporting the Group’s business in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Dubai (including but not limited to merger & acquisition, property development, leasing, construction, IP, employment, trading and general commercial matters)
•        Perform or support a variety of law-related tasks, including but not limited to contract management and administration, legal research and document preparation
•        Provide other support to legal counsels
•        Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

•        Higher diploma in law or above (Hong Kong or other Common Law areas)
•        Not less than 2 years of experience within a law firm or in-house legal department
•        Excellent interpersonal skills required to serve as a point of contact internally and externally
•        Strong and commercial awareness are required
•        Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
•        Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
•        Positive attitude, adaptable, detail-minded and a team player
•        Immediately available preferred
