Job Duties:

• Implement marketing strategies and monitor property incomes and expenses of the Company’s assigned commercial properties
• Handle tenancy renewal
• Negotiate with potential tenants for new lease
• Oversee the management of assigned property portfolios 

Requirements:

• University graduates in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in the Commercial Property field with Leasing experience
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Familiar with Chinese word processing, Excel & Powerpoint
