Our client is a listed and reputable real estate group. They own some signature office, retail and residential properties. They are now inviting a Property Manager to join their team. 

About the job:

• Manage day-to-day building management and inspection services
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth  operation of the properties
• Monitor the performance of outsourced cleaning and security staff
• oversee property maintenance; coordinate with technical team for renovation works
• Prepare budget and manage financial matters related to property management function
• Handle tenants’ inquires and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management of commercial developments
• Excellent client servicing skills and ability to handle clients independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Manager
