Our client is a well-known and fast-growing Food and Beverage company in Hong Kong. For business needs, They are inviting a potential talent to join their production team as Logistic Manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Production Manager to lead the warehouse team to ensure the smooth daily operation
• Manage the warehouse operation and initiate solutions to support the business growth
• Initiate action plans for systems/workflow/SOP to improve and enhance operational standards
• Setup the warehouse KPIs and SOPs to maximize the efficiency and reach corporate standards
• Work with quality assurance and production teams to develop and improve food safety policies and guidelines for production line and retail stores
• Executive inventory planning and control to optimize operation efficiency and long-term growth
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder with at least 8 years’ experience in Transportation operations or related discipline
• Familiarized with ERP system
• Excellent communications skills and people management skills
• Able to work under pressure and have ability to handle rapid growth of deliveries
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
