Job Duties
To Assist the senior management in planning and developing marketing strategies and programmes,  Monitoring and executing various promotional and publicity initiatives. 
To assist in managing and updating the websites and social media platform; and
To undertake any other duties pertinent to the operation of the GOV as directed.
 
Requirements
Have a bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, Translation, marketing or public relations 
 Have at least 12 years’ post-degree full-time relevant working experience at
managerial/executive level, in the areas of multi-media promotion, marketing,
event/project management, publicity or public relations. Experiences in planning and
managing large-scale events with a broad range of stakeholders (including social service
organisations, corporate and education sectors, as well as media networks) are essential
 Good communication (Both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide spectrum of non-governmental and local community organizations, corporates and
educational institutions, as well as the public
Good knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and multi-media software and
the ability to work as a team member, but operate independently without much supervision, have the capacity for mult-tasking, and be able to operate effectively under pressure
