Responsibilities:

• 為公司管理層提供日程管理、決策支援、督辦落實、文秘服務、會務管理等專項服務，處理好內部、外部關係，統籌協調各部門和子公司，協助管理層提升決策效率和效果，促進公司經營管理活動的高效運轉;
• 協助管理層組織制定公司戰略規劃、年度經營目標，制定公司目標任務分解落實方案；
• 負責牽頭起草公司重要文稿，組織專項市場調研及研究；
• 負責對接香港、內地與國際政府及非政府組織、重要客戶的有效溝通聯絡；
• 負責公司高級別會議、重要宴請、重大活動的統籌組織安排；
• 負責綜合協調各職能部門分工落實公司重大重要決策；
• 負責重大突發應急事項處理；
• 其他董事會、管理層交辦的各類事項。 
• Provide professional services for the management, including but not limited to schedule management, decision-making support, supervision of implementation, secretarial support, conference management, etc.;
• Handle internal and external relations by coordinating between various departments and subsidiaries; Assist the management to formulate strategic plan and annual business goals of the company, as well as detailed breakdown of implementation plan to reach the goals and targets;
• Responsible for taking the lead in the drafting of important company documents and organizing specialized market research and investigation;
• Responsible for conducting effective communication and liaising with domestic and international government and non-governmental organizations as well as important clients;
• Responsible for the overall organization of high-level corporate conferences, entertainment, and major events;
• Responsible for comprehensively coordinating the division of labor in various functional departments to implement major and important decisions made by the company;
• Responsible for proper handling of major emergencies;
• Other matters assigned by the board of directors and the management. 

Requirements:

• 碩士研究生以上商業管理等專業學歷及10年以上具上市公司管治經驗
• 流利粵語、普通話、英語，和良好的中英文寫作；
• 責任心、能承受工作壓力，團隊協作能力佳；
• 具備良好的溝通協調能力，社交應酬能力，公文寫作功底紮實；
• 組織良好，注重細節，具有良好的商業意識；
• 有嚴密的邏輯思維能力、全面的分析判斷能力，較強的統籌協調能力，書面及口頭表達能力優秀;
• 能獨立工作，有上進心，樂於學習。
•  Master Degree in Business Administration and other related majors, with at least 10 years of governance experiences; 
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing in Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must;
• Responsible, able to work under pressure, good team player;
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills, social entertainment skills, and solid document writing skills;
• Well-organized, attention to detail, with good business acumen;
• Strong logical thinking and comprehensive analytic judgment skills, good at overall planning and coordination, excellent presentation skills both in writing and oral;
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn.
