Responsibilities

• Identify and develop client and candidate relationship in a business environment 
• handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients' needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to match clients' job requirements 
• Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients as well as business opportunities from new potential clients 
• Provide professional and consultative service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

• University graduate
• 1-3 years Business Development or Sales Experience 
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment 
• Welcome fresh graduate with ambition in his/her career  
• Driven by exceeding targets and confidence to undertake business development mandate 
• Competitive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in Cantonese an advantage
