Our client is a global leading watch & jewellery brand that owns an extensive range of product portfolios. They are undergoing a large scale of expansion and cultural transformation project. They also recorded a record high revenue in last year with rocket sales volume in high jewellery segment. Due to their upcoming expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Excellence Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for the retail performance (individual), client satisfaction and strategies implementation and operation efficiency at boutiques, gallery and events.
- Defines goals and KPI for high jewellery business; Focus on improving high end performance and conversion
- Identify Talent profile from recruitment, partner with Retail Managers, L&D Managers and HR Managers to elaborate action plans for talents retention and development
- Conduct coaching to elevate frontline team's capabilities; AND Identify learning capabilities needs and feedback team performance. Understand each individual capability and design a personalized learning
- Serves as the trusted advisor to our grand vendeur to inspire, coach and engage retail teams to provide the ultimate client experience to our potential & existing customers. To elevate the team with high end capabilities and to maintain retail excellence and ultimately elevate the experience and client journey for our high jewellery client and prospect.
- Develops thoughtful strategies and individual plans that enhance individual performance and client service
- Act as a catalyst and influencer to elevate the retail innovation and operation efficiency under the HKMO ecosystem, through supporting HKMO Management in driving policy and processes enhancement, process digitalization within the governance framework.
Requirements
- University graduate
- 8 years or above in Luxury Retail / High Jewelry Brand with solid experience in conducting coach and retail management
- Experience in managing a portfolio of ultra high end net worth clients and selling high end items
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
