JOB RESPONSIBLITIE

• Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
• Provide guests with a quality room orientation
• Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time
• Maintain accuracy of guest database input
• Ensure Room assignment is in line with guest requests
• Assist daily responsibilities, such as Up selling, Data Collection, Guest Preference and Trace Report follow up
• Responsible all incoming calls
• Confidently operates switchboard consoles, paging system, and associated computer equipment in accordance with departmental procedures
• Answering guests' enquiry and complaints
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Front Office Manager

• 接聽所有來電
• 按照部門程序操作總機控制台，系統和相關的設備
• 回答客人的查詢及投訴
• 執行前堂經理指派的職務

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Holding University graduate in hospitality / hotel management or related disciplines
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Chinese and Mandarin, other foreign language literacy is a plus 
• Possess related working experience in hotel/ guest services is an advantage
• Good computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.  Knowledge of Opera desirable
• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team

• 精通英語，中文和普通話，懂得其他外語將作優先考慮
• 具有酒店或相關行業工作經驗者更佳
• 良好的電腦技巧，包括MS Office及熟悉Opera系統將作優先考慮
• 具備出色的組織及溝通能力
