Responsibilities:

• Manage the oversee daily production operation & manufacturing function and Warehouse activities in HK Plant to ensure product quality and on-time delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with the China Manufacturing plant for meeting the production schedule plan and drive improvement on manufacturing process efficiency.
• Close monitor the production planning & schedule, to ensure the production flexibility, on-time delivery and cost control.
• Manage the production team, including the performance management, health and safety, timesheet review and approval, etc.
• Maintain all technical document update with ISO 9001 quality compliance requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with
• With minimum5-7 years of relevant experience with electronic products manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
