Responsibilities:

• 負責衛星電纜和電裝的具體工藝和實施
  Responsible for the specific process and implementation of satellite cables and electrical equipment
• 負責產品及其實現過程的設計工藝協同、工藝方案策劃、工藝裝備配套方案策劃、AIT工藝流程制定、新技術/新材料攻關與驗證、工藝鑒定、設計工藝性審查；
  Responsible for the design process coordination of products and implementation process, process program planning, process equipment supporting program planning, AIT process formulation, new technology/new material breakthrough and verification, process appraisal, design process review;
• 負責對外與總體及相關單位技術協調，前期介入型號設計過程，進行工藝性把關、審查，編制型號工藝總方案；
  Responsible for internal and external technical coordination with related parties, participation in the model design process in early stage, conducting technical checks and reviews, and formulating the overall model process plan;
• 負責型號AIT過程總體工藝策劃，識別型號AIT風險，制定工裝配套方案，組織並監督各項工作落地，協調解決AIT過程中的技術問題；
  Responsible for the overall process planning of the model AIT, identifying risks of model AIT, formulating tooling supporting plans, organizing and supervising the implementation of various tasks, coordinating and solving technical problems related to the AIT process;
• 負責型號機電熱產品和過程工藝設計，指導操作人員按檔要求實施，解決總裝過程出現的技術問題；
  Responsible for the design of electromechanical and thermal products and process technology, providing implementation instructions to the operating staff to meet project requirements, and solving the technical problems in the final assembly process;
• 負責型號總裝過程工藝攻關、工藝改進以及新工藝、新技術的試驗研究、研製保障論證工作，審查AIT過程工藝攻關等工作；
• Responsible for the technical breakthrough, process improvement, new process and new technology test research, research and development support evaluation work in the final assembly process of the model, and review the AIT process and technical research;
• 負責編制各階段工藝總結、新技術攻關/新材料攻關/工藝鑒定相關開展方案及總結、運輸方案等技術檔；
• Responsible for compiling technical documents such as process summary at each stage, development plan and summary related to new technology breakthrough/new material research/process appraisal, transportation plan and other technical documents;
• 承擔工藝技術發展研究和管理中的有關技術工作，對系統級產品負直接技術責任；
  Undertake relevant technical work in development research and management of process technology, and primary responsible for technical issues related to system-level products;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in electrical engineering, mechanical and electronic engineering and other related majors, with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences in aircraft manufacturing or be familiar with electrical system assembly process
  具有電氣工程、機械電子工程等相關專業學位和3年以上飛行器製造工作經驗或熟悉電氣系統裝配工藝經驗;
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must;
  中文、英語口語熟練, 包括普通話;
• Overall theoretical knowledge of of electrical engineering, electronics and other related disciplines;
  掌握電工學、電子學等相關學科的基礎理論知識；
• Familiar with CAD, Pro/E (or CATIA, UG, etc.) graphic design software(s);
  熟悉CAD、Pro/E（或CATIA、UG等）圖形設計軟件；
• Solid track record in engineering and process related work are preferred;
  具有較為豐富的工程與工藝相關工作實踐經驗者優先；
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills, able to handle emergencies;
  具有較強的組織、溝通和協調能力，具備應急處理能力
• Good learning abilities, communication and documentation skills;
  具備良好的學習、交流、文檔編制能力；
• Able to undertake long business trips to attend launch campaign and field test.
  適應型號進場、外場試驗等外地長期出差。
