Job Responsibilities :

        Customer Relationship Management

• Design and develop customer journey, manage customer acquisition, retention, engagement and reactivation
• Plan and execute the loyalty program and VIP events
• Prepare CRM report and analysis for business insight
• Provide customer segmentation and details to drive CRM events and campaign

       Digital Marketing

• Assist on the overall digital marketing strategy and plan the digital marketing initiative
• Manage, develop digital and social media campaign and content to drive the O2O performance and achieve business targets
• Manage marketing plan with omnichannel platform including own ecommerce site and marketplace platform
• Execute digital marketing activities including but not limited online paid media planning, content creation, social media campaign etc.
• Analyze digital & social media data to provide strategic & actionable insights and optimize ROI

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in CRM and digital marketing
• Experience in beauty service or retail is an advantage
• Independent, self-driven and enjoy working in beauty industry
• Team player with excellent communication skill and strong business acumen
• Positive, creative & can-do attitude
