Job Description

• Provide analysis and insights from business and customer data based on consumption behavior and patterns

• Communicate closely with senior level management and leadership team to come up with executive summaries and salient points

• Manage and extract and organize data from various systems & SQL server

• Understand the key performance indicators with different teams and provide support to teams to run the business effectively

• Establish various business reports for different objectives

• Cooperate with IT peers on system enhancement/ data collection from vendor partners

Skills & Experiences required

• At least 1+ years of relevant working experience

• Diploma/Associate/Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administrations, IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline

• Technically proficient in Excel and reports building Office 365

• Experience in building data and analytics solutions and data visualization

• Knowledge in programming would be an advantage

(Python, SQL, Power BI, SAS, SPSS, VBA, R, Tableau, Google Analytics, Minitab, Cisco, Java, Oracle, MySQL would be an advantage)

• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese & English

Education
Associate Degree/Diploma or above
