WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU

• You have Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or formal project management training
• You have minimum 2 years’ experience in a Scrum Master managing digital projects
• You are familiar with Agile project management tools (i.e. Jira, Azure Boards etc.) and DevOps
• You have extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• You have proven track record of running Agile projects with Scrum framework (i.e. Scrum values, ceremonies, Product Backlog, etc.) from retail or consultancy background
• You have experience in E-Com, O2O and CRM implementation, and able to setup programme and project structure and process, and mobilise resources
• You have worked with IT to drive overall project delivery, and able to navigate stakeholder network
• You have excellent interpersonal, organizational, team building and conflict management skills
• You are full of curiosity and open-minded for changes
• You are passionate about agile and ability to deliver at speed
• You are strong fit with the IKEA Culture and Values
• You have the flexibility to work with diversified of people
• You are committed with a clear goal setting
• You have good command of English (Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa is a plus)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Conducts sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and other Scrum ceremonies
• Coach team members in Scrum framework
• Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and new requests
• Enables/Facilitates impediments removal and visibility through provision of appropriate resources, guidance and escalation.
• Apply scrum methodology and framework to secure quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Adhere and comply with defined product management and agile processes, procedures and standards
• Matures the development team in scrum framework
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security and support expertise teams
• Ensure the team adheres to the Scrum values
• Explore and manage new partnership opportunities with Global IKEA, other organisations and 3rd parties
• Drive digital awareness, agile test and learn mindset

TOGETHER AS A TEAM

• This role will work with product owners, IT and development teams to drive the implementation of digital roadmap, and deliver the portfolio of regional and local projects to meet business and customer needs.  There are at least 6 scrums to manage including E-Commerce website and O2O app for Hong Kong & Macau, Taiwan, and Indonesia.
