DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a HK listed firm, their subsidiary is hiring an Information Security Manager to join their crypto platform. Directly reporting to CEO, the ideal candidate will be self-initiative, independent and equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead the team.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of information security for the company
• Defining, implementing and ensuring compliance with physical and cyber security policies and procedures
• Manage and grow a team of IT and security professionals inline with long term strategic goals
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge in relevant Security principles, processes, tools and best practices; current and upcoming external requirements and current/emerging market trends and practices
• Work closely with other business stakeholders, product owners to understand and capture security requirements
• Work with external stakeholders eg auditors and vendors on Information Security matters such as audits and regular testing
• Provide security guidance and expertise to the wider business
• Increase security maturity and reduce risk across designated division by identifying and driving implementation of leading cyber security standards, practices and controls

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT field with at least 7years in cyber security related role
• Strong understanding of the current best practices in cyber security including cloud security, networking and in house infrastructure
• Experience dealing with in house and external auditors, regulators and security vendors
• Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) fundamentals
• Financial markets / FinTech/Startup experience working in a growing sector using lean, agile and/or DevSecOps approaches is a plus
• Experience with cloud based and hybrid cloud and in house infrastructure
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
