- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls or SMS or message via social media tools (e.g. Whatsapp, WeChat) from persons under quarantine (QPs) in accordance to the guidelines provided
- Record status of contacts with QPs in computer equipment provided
- Perform related administration duties as assigned by supervisors
Employment Terms
- 3 months work contract, with possibility of renewal
- Work Hours - 44 hours work per week, 5 days work from Monday to Sunday on roster basis
- Working location: Wong Chuk Hang (5 mins walk from MTR)
- Working Hour: 0900-1748 or 1357-2245 (one position each)
- Salary : $17,000 per month
- Attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Grade E or above at the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- At least 2 years full time general IT experiences or call centre support experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Well versed with the operation of electronic devices such as Android phones, IOS phones, tablets and various social media tools (e.g. WeChat, Whatsapp)
- Good knowledge of using MS Word and Excel with Chinese input
