Responsibilities:
Systematize warehouse management to ensure data record and goods issue procedures are accurate (SAP);

Ensure all goods picked for delivery are of right quantity and standard quality to avoid unnecessary delay in filling orders and protect the Company brand;

Liaise and cooperate with internal parties i.e. Retail Operations, GZ Procurement dept. etc. to ensure smooth daily operations of local warehouse and orders are completed on time;

Ensure the smoothness and efficiency of warehouse document flow, and proceed according to the SOP;

Order follow up, with coordination between subcontractors, frontline operations and different departments;

Review local inventory regularly and arrange goods return from third party warehouse to ensure full SKU and suitable quantities are ready in the local warehouse for daily order picking;

Prepare regular reports, constantly monitor and fulfill KRA required by the Company;

Any other ad hoc activities.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline;

At least 4 years of working experience in warehouse operation and document processing;

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing, and Warehouse System; Well organized and able to communicate well with people on different levels;

Independent, problem-solving, and a good team player;

Good command of spoken English and Putonghua is preferable;

Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Officer- Warehouse Administration
