崗位職責:

1.參與IT日常運維工作，為同事提供技術支援；
2.參與網路、系統軟硬體升級等採購、更新和維護工作；
3.及時跟進IT事務和終端使用者需求，並聯絡供應商；
4.內部工具開發，需要時承擔業務分析角色；
5.執行資訊技術相關的行政工作；
6.不時分配的任何其他工作。

考核要求:

1.電腦科學或IT相關學科的學位;
2.熟悉電腦網路及資訊安全;
3.至少熟悉一種程式設計平臺及語言，有開發經驗優先;
4.注重細節，有責任心，上進心強，能夠獨立工作;
5.良好的中英文讀寫能力。

Job details :

1.Maintain day-to-day IT operation and provide IT support to colleagues;
2.Provide technical support in network, hardware and software upgrade, replacement, procurement and maintenance;
3.Follow-up issues and liaise with vendor and users' requests in a timely manner;
4.In-house development, and/or act as BA in project;
5.Perform IT administrative tasks;
6.Any other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties.

Requirements:

1.Degree holder or above in Computer Science or IT related subjects;
2.Good knowledge in network, cyber security etc.;
3.Strong software development skills, with relative experience is preferred;
4.Attention to detail, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently, fresh graduates are in priority;
5.Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
