Job Description
Our client is one of the leading life insurance company in the region. They are urgently hiring a Customer Experience Manager to join the team.
Job Duties:
- Initiate and drive improvement projects by identifying the improvable areas via analysis on customer verbatim to enhance the overall customer journey
- Providing quality and timely services to customers, either internal and external distribution channel
- Assist in various initiatives in alignment with company's strategic development for excellent customer experience and operational efficiency
- Oversee the planning, execution process for service improvement projects
Requirement:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' experience and preferably 8 years at management level in life insurance
- Solid Customer relationship management experience
- Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
