Company Description

Our client is a well-established and one of the leading Food and Beverage Company in Hong Kong. For business needs, they invited a good talent to join their Logistic Team as Logistic Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work with different outsourced vendor and internal transportation teams to maintain a smooth daily operation, including HK, Macau and Domestic China.
• Work close with Supply Chain and Business Units for completing the request and adhoc tasks.
• Manage the 3PLs to meet the SOP, KPI and the execution according to the instruction.
• Review the 3PL performance with stakeholder for continuous improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate 3PLs performance and productivity after the new procedure/ logistics model in place.
• Handle massive and diversified inventories and warehouse.
• Conduct a regular warehouse audit to achieve the inventory accuracy ratio
• Arrange the warehouse audit on the operation process and storage condition based on corporate QA standard
• Coordinate with the relevant team and identify cost saving opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 8 – 10 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics.
• Experience in warehouse and transportation management is a must, prefer in Food & Beverage industry.
• Solid understanding on Warehousing/ Distribution/ Inventory Management, experience on running/ managing a large-scale distribution center is an plus.
• Able to work under the pressure and fast paced working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
