• Handle incoming calls, fax and email, support both VIP hotline and general line;
• Coordination/ liaison with internal & external customers for daily operation;
• Maintain good customer relationship and promote company products and services;
• Handle 1st level client’s feedback /complaint;
• Handle ad hoc assignment / servicing issues;
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of EOPD, admission abnormal lab result etc.
• Medical reports handling and update SOP;
• 5 - 5.5 days work Shift Duty (Mon - Fri: 9am – 6:30pm & Alternative Saturday: 9am - 1pm).

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of valid practicing certificate;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin is required;
• Good communication skill
• Completed Covid-19 vaccination is a must
