Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the management of Medical Information functions
• Responsible for Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting and acting as liaison with both internal department and external parties
• Assist in investigation and handling of Product Complaints, Return and Recall
• Assists in implementation and maintenance of QMS to ensure regulatory compliance
• Support external audit and compliance audit

 Qualification and Experience:

• Degree holder in Pharmacy;
• Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist is preferred;
• Pharmacovigilance and QA/GMP experience is required;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Independent, hard-working, detailed minded, organized, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with different levels of staff
