Job Description

Elite TALENT Programme is our new graduate trainee programme tailor-made for high caliber fresh graduates majoring in STEM disciplines to become a future leader in innovation and technology. During this intensive 2-year programme, our talent will be supported to achieve professional HKIE accreditation (Scheme A) if needed, and gain all-round exposure to various advanced R&D projects through on-the-job training and attachment:
  • Unique Work Experience: Challenging job rotations in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Division, Technology Development Unit and Hong Kong Industrial AI and Robotics Centre (FLAIR) to fully unleash your potential
  • Global Exposure: Learning opportunities at renowned R&D institutes such as Tsinghua University, Fraunhofer IPT, and MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node, as well as job shadowing and mentoring by Unit Heads and General Manager
  • Cutting-Edge R&D Project: Engage in industrial Artificial Intelligence and Robotics projects, such as Intelligent Manufacturing, Intelligent Automation and System, Intelligent Materials Handling, Intelligent Robots and Mechatronics, PHM, Process Mining, Data Analytics, Digitalization, Compute Vision, AR/VR development, etc.
  • Future Skills Development: Leadership and management skill training, and HKIE Scheme A training (if needed) 
What you'll do:
  • Participate in new technical solutions development and applications, study and acquire skills about new technology (e.g., robotics, modelling, pattern recognition, machine learning, etc.) and technical toolkits (e.g., computer simulation, open sources of AI applications, etc.) to enhance the professional competencies to support the team’s sustainable development
  • Responsible for the technical document writing, and preparation of documents for projects and technology development
  • Undertake project follow-up works and liaise with parties concerned
  • Support the project management and ad hoc tasks when required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Fresh Graduate with degree from STEM disciplines such as Computer Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Manufacturing, or equivalent field
  •  Proficient in applying different types programming and tool such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, C/C++, Python, SQL, HTML, Java etc., or experiences on robot design, AI applications, data analytics and modelling, and related areas 
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills and teamwork essential
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, willing to try, agile to dynamics 
  • Innovative thinking and strong problems solving skills
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
