Responsibilities:

• 1st tier IT support include software and hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Manage IT assets, assist in IT documentation, and process improvement
• Work with vendors on IT projects, and IT equipment and service procurement
• Report any system incidents, issues, and errors in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in Windows Notebooks, Printers and Handhelds
• Knowledge in IT support operations, Windows server administration, system supports and troubleshooting
• Hands on experience on VMWare, Cisco switches, Windows server environment, Domain Control, Active Directory and M365 administration is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
