Responsibilities:

• Perform daily laboratory tests according to the SOP
• Maintenance of laboratory equipment and inventory records
• Follow supervisor’s instructions
• Perform both wet lab and dry lab duties
• Training of junior staff
• Follow up technical queries from clinic and internal departments

Requirements:

• HD/ AD/ B.Sc./M.Sc. or equivalent in biology related subjects e.g. Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry or Biotechnology
• 1-year relevant experience in BSL2/BSL3/molecular laboratory is preferred
• Hard working, perseverance and patience
• Reliable, responsible, well organized and detail oriented
• Prepared to develop a career in molecular biology and medical genetics
• 5-days work (Public Holiday off), shift duties required, including AM and PM shifts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Sr. Lab Technician
