Responsibilities

• Lead the review and implementation of leasing strategy, including trade mix and brand mix plan for K11 Brand and other projects as assigned
• Ensure leasing processes, procedures, standards and guidelines are properly in placed and governed
• Possess good understanding in commercial and leasing terms at the market and competitors benchmark to keep K11 competitive in the market with current and potential tenants, international and local brands
• Able to build and maintain strong relationship and network with international brands so as to negotiate new lettings of leases of assigned project
• Drive market research and competitors analysis with excellent business acumen and commercial sense
• Ensure to reach targeted occupancy rate of assigned project

Qualifications

• University graduate with over 8 years of office leasing  
• Strong project management and organization skills, being meticulous, and having the ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing demands in a timely and professional manner
• Strong track record of high occupancy rate in office leasing with successful sales conversion reached
• Strong communicator and negotiator to deal with both external parties and internal stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of retail landscape and upcoming retail trend on a global basis
• Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
