Job Responsibilities 

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, leave administration, performance management and employee relation
• Liaise with vendor and internal user to handle HRIS system enhancement
• Provide one-stop account servicing to designated divisions and act as focal point of contact for employees concerned
• Participate in organization level working groups / projects
• Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 year’s solid experience in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
• Experience in HRIS enhancement or using FlexHRM is definitely an advantage
• Proactive, meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem solving skills
• Flexible mindset with good communication skills at all levels
• Keenness to take on new challenges and team work oriented
• Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
