Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical/ desk side support including Windows, Mac, Smart Phone and Virtual Conferencing, for end users
Share best practices to end users
Support and troubleshoot in IT operations issues including the operations of in-house systems
Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon request by line manager

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Systems or related disciplines
1 year's relevant in IT support operations, Windows Server Administration, Systems/Network supports and troubleshooting. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Knowledge in SQL database language will be advantageous
Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude, willingness to learn, good communication skills, customer service oriented, and good problem-solving skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
