POSITION SUMMARY

Formulate, implement and evaluate marketing activities across all digital networks to achieve the Company’s business targets.  Ensure all digital marketing strategies, using innovative tools and tactics, are directed at growing and sustaining brand loyalty to facilitate the achievement of the Company’s revenue and bottom line returns. Communicate and coordinate with other functions including Sales, Finance and IT to achieve desired outcomes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and digital advertising campaigns
• Formulating and monitoring digital marketing budgets, maintaining control of marketing expenses
• Planning and managing our digital platforms including social media and website
• Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
• Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
• Researching and identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
• Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
• Communicating and working with the team both at HQ as well as the Company’s subsidiaries to brainstorm new and innovative digital growth strategies
• Monitoring the digital marketing plans, budgets and activities of the Company’s subsidiaries to ensure alignment with HQ directives

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising & Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing, preferably gained in FMCG industry
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Detailed-minded and self-motivated with strong sense of accountability
• Possesses good management skills and leadership abilities
• Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
