Key Responsibilities:

1.      Support sales team in preparation of quotations, invoices, purchasing orders, meet customers requirement, follow up sales order, delivery arrangement;
2.      Provide sales administrative support to sales team including data entry, filing duties, pick and pack sales order;
3.      Work with Sales Administration Team for Sales Forecast updates and analysis
4.      Prepare monthly sales and operation expenses report;
5.      Prepare Sales Analysis per customer, product category;
6.      Handle customers enquiries and complaints;
7.      Manage and expand customers’ database
8.      Coordinate with supplier for inventory purchase and replenishment
9.      Assist in sourcing new product and commercial opportunity;
10.   Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

•          Diploma or above;
•          1 – 2 years or above relevant working experience in customer services or sales administration;
•          Fresh graduate will also be considered;
•          Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
•          Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work under pressure;
•          Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
•          Willing to work outdoor and work independently;
•          Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
•          Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage
•          Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
