We are a newly founded premium retail furniture brand in Hong Kong. We aim to offer artistic interior design service and contemporary furniture for living, dining and sleeping spaces. We are a fast expanding company with dynamic and engaged teams, and we are now looking for dedicated people to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & coaching a team of Customer Service Officers to handle customers’ enquiries & complaints through hotline, email, shops and social media platforms
• Managing & supervising subordinates to achieve the related KPIs such as call answer rate, response time and case settlement time
• Managing product delivery to retail customers, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
• Handling serious or escalated complaints and identify major complaint natures and work with internal departments for remedial action & long term improvement
• Dealing with external parties (Shopping Malls/Consumer Council/etc) to settle special complaints
• Handling ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• University Graduate with at least 5 years relevant working experience with 3 years supervisory experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Customer Service experience in call centre or customer service department is a must
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
• Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team leader
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Must be proficient in written English & Chinese
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Supervisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm  
Alternative Saturday Long/Short Week
