Job Duties

• Responsible to lead and oversee logistics team on daily logistics operation
• Responsible on bookings management and coordinate of all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner
• Review and prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for air/ocean/truck import/export shipments
• Responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of all assigned tasks and resources
• Responsible for identifying potential issues and escalating
• Proactively communicate and partner with key stakeholders
• Assist in tracking to budget and ensure variances are understood and properly managed, compare the freight quotation
• Manage vendor KPI’s and internal SLA’s
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations Job Requirements:

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree Holder in Logistics & Supply Chain related discipline
• Minimum 5 year experience in related field
• Experience in freight forwarding and freight forwarder management
• Experienced and knowledgeable in full sets of shipment documentation
• Familiar with SAP/Oracle ERP system process in preferable
• Supervisory experience is preferred Compensation:
• Strong data analytical skills, detail orientated, good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and handle pressure in dynamic, fast pace environment, and well organized
• Mandarin speaking is preferable
