Responsibilities:

• Assist in materials and equipment sourcing, vendor selection and price negotiation;
• Liaise with internal parties and also external suppliers and vendors;
• Prepare related documents and provide general administrative supports to the team;
• Work closely with internal departments to understand the needs;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Post-secondary or above;
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably with experience in construction industry;
• Detail minded, responsible and willing to learn;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
