DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a multinational real estate investment group. They own signature commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong, APAC and overseas. With their expansion plan, they are hiring a Senior Property Manager to join their team. 

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare technical specifications for tenancy upgrades and capex works
• Provide technical support for leasing activities and understand the handover requirements of new customers
• Ensure that all on-site contractors are operating in accordance with all statutory rules and regulations
• Monitor the performance of the facility management service provider and provide technical advices
• Work with internal and external parties to ensure the R&M work completed on time
• Participate in project planning of new developments

Requirement: 

• Degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 12 years experience in M&E projects. Less experienced will be considered as Project Manager
• Knowledge in builder's work and experience in data center is an advantage
• Work experience in facility management, building take-over from contractors 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
