Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT supports to users in office and at site, including hardware and software installation, maintenance and upgrade;
• Perform Windows installation, configuration and upgrade;
• Support IT infrastructure of the Company;
• Monitor system and network performance; 
• Keep track of IT inventory;
• Liaise with vendors on hardware/ software purchase/ maintenance;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related subjects;
• At least 3 years' IT experience;
• Solid experience in Window 10, MS Office, O365;
• Knowledge in Miscrsoft Server, Exchange, SharePoint;
• Strong problem solving skills and self-motivated;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is an added advantage
