Job Description
What You'll Do
- To facilitate sales operation and to assist with pre-management works of a newly developed residential project
- To be responsible for the handover process of a newly developed residential project
- To manage the whole handover process, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling and following up etc.
- To manage and supervise the team members in order to ensure their services properly provided
- To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building; Candidates with less experience will also be considered for Officer title
- Sound experience in handling handover projects is a must
- Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
