• Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Clothing or equivalent;
• With 2-5 years relevant retail sales operations experience preferably in fashion retail industry;
• Enhance operation efficiency as well as to ensure the effective implement of business promotions and marketing programs;
• Oversee the daily shop operation such as sales/expenses control, staff training, inventory management, security and safety;
• Provide training to the store staff, maintain good relationship with VIPs and support shop daily operations;
• Possess good fashion sense and well understanding the fashion trend of the related market;
• Outgoing, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill, good computer skills in Excel & Word;
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin;
• Less experience will be considered as Retail Coordinator;
• Short notice period / Immediate available would be an advantage.
