Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the adoption of Group-wide IT policies, standards and establishing local policies, procedures and guidelines for the company.
• Maintain IT Risk Management processes in alignment to company's Enterprise Risk Management framework, facilitate risk analysis and monitor risk mitigation to ensure effectiveness of remediation steps.
• Design, develop and implement IT compliance procedures, practices and processes to maintain a proactive conformance and oversight program.
• Lead IT aspects of Business Continuity Management activities
• Responsible for assisting senior management on interfacing with internal/external IT audits, including formulating appropriate risk management/ remediation actions.
• Ensure timely remediation or closure of issues to committed timelines.
• Facilitate communication across IT Department and Users on IT Governance Initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent.
• Proven leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility
• Knowledge and experience with industry best practices, including COBIT, ITIL, PMBOK, Agile Methodologies, ISO standards on IT management, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.
• Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.
