Responsibilities:

-  Responsible for the overall finance and accounting functions, including
   the publication of annual report and interim reporting;

-  Being business partners with managements in subsidiaries in Mainland
   China, Hong Kong and Australia to achieve their business objectives;

-  Supervise the company secretary for corporate secretarial work, including
   drafting of announcement and arrangement of board meetings;

-  Provide strategic advice to the business stakeholders and the Management on finance and business operational development, and facilitate business performance review;

-  Assist capital raising activities;

-  Perform due diligence and approval procedures on potential investments.

Requirements:

-  Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
   and qualified accountant;

-  Over 8 years of related experience gained from listed companies,
   experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred;

-  Have a high degree of responsibility, teamwork as well as strong ability
   in communication, planning and coordination;

-  Experienced in M&A & fund-raising projects would be highly preferrable;

-  Good command of Putonghua;

-  Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
