To cope with the continuous business expansion of the Company, we invite talented and professional candidate to join our growing team:
Responsibilities:
- Report to Finance Manager.
- Perform treasury functions in cash management, cash flow projection and planning.
- Lead the staff team to perform business cash collection & intra group funding.
- Work closely with other regional finance team and other business stakeholders for the treasury related matters.
- Prepare regular treasury and financial analytic reports for management’s discussion and decision making.
- Ensure all business processes & approval are following the internal control requirements.
- Liaise with banks for banking facilities and maintain good business relationship with bankers.
- Research and develop the new collection / payment tools to cope with company needs and market trends.
- Responsible for all aspects of bank account management including opening and closing of bank accounts, signing pattern updates and internet banking implementation for the Group to ensure electronic banking is operated in a secured manner.
- Enhance workflow / processes to increase efficiency and to strengthen monitoring, able to drive & execute continuous process improvement.
- Support the development & enhancement of cash management systems, treasury management systems, online banking linkage with ERP systems, straight-through-payment process systems, online collection/payment gateway systems, to improve treasury operation processes & control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance.
- Over 7 years’ experience from multinational companies is preferred.
- Experience in retail / e-commerce / direct selling industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to manage multiple items simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
- Demonstrates initiative in anticipating and solving issues; self-motivated and naturally inquisitive.
- Good verbal / written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong PC skills, especially in Excel (e.g., Marco, VBA), Smart Sheet, database & etc.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
