DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a subsidiaries of a fortune Global 500, they are currently hiring for an Accounting Assistant for their F&A team . This is a quality work life balance role in an MNC working culture, supportive resources with sufficient team manpower. Immediately available are highly preferred 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting reports, bank reconciliations and month end closing
• Follow up closely with properties developers, vendors on refund of deposits to ensure commission income are paid in a timely manner
• Issue invoices via Xero Accounting Software, assist with VAT submissions
• Assist in the preparation of voucher, cheque payment, petty cash and expenses reimbursement Liaise with internal counterparts and perform ad-hoc assignment as when required
• Assist with ad hoc task

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accountancy or equivalence 
• Minimum 3 years of  experiences in an accountancy role (AP/AR) from any reputable CPA firms or MNC
• Assist with full-set accountancy experiences will be an advantageous 
• Qualified LCCI paper 
• Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
