The successful candidate will be one of the team leaders responsible for conducting financial and operational audits, planning and designing audit programs by using risk based audit approach, and evaluating operational efficiency and adequacy of group internal control systems. Other duties include liaising with senior management of divisions and business units in reviewing and developing internal control systems, policies and procedures, providing recommendations and follow up with management to enhance operational and financial control, and undertaking special reviews and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting with a recognized professional qualification i.e. CPA, ACA, and ACCA etc.
• Possess at least 10 years' relevant internal audit experience preferably gained from Big 4 audit firms and sizable property companies
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Require to travel to PRC and Singapore occasionally
• Incumbent with more experience will be considered for Senior Manager
