Job Description

DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a Hong Kong leading property developer with properties in Hong Kong and throughout mainland China. They are now inviting a Senior Lease Administration Officer to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administration support to legal and leasing administration team; 

• Monitor the tenancy renewal and contract closing / refund of deposit.

• Update and maintain the tenancy data in the system; reviewing the record of account receivable and payment record for preparing refund of deposit.

• Prepare  leasing documents, including offer letters, tenancy agreements, licenses, marketing & promotion agreements and any other related documents independently.

Requirements:

•  Degree holder or above in basic legal and leasing administration background

•  Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate leasing industry, banking or accounting industry

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Lease Administration Officer

• Able to meet tight deadlines candidates  

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptive to change

•  Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in PC applications including Word and Excel
