Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting Human Resources Department to develop multimedia projects for training and development purpose and assist in designing promotional materials for talent programs.

 Responsibilities

• To produce 2D & 3D motion graphics design/ animation and retouching for e-learning
• To be accountable for all multimedia projects for internal marketing
• To develop creative and design ideas for content marketing
• To provide professional photography, audio-recording and video production support for marketing and program promotion
• To design promotional materials e.g., leaflet, banners and posters for talent programs
• To assist in the team’s administrative work

Requirements

• Students studying Multimedia Design and Communication or equivalent discipline
• Hands-on experience in photography, video production, multimedia and graphic design
• Strong creative and artistic sense
• Proficiency in design / video production / web programming softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffect and Adobe Premiere
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and time management
• Able to handle multi-projects at the same time, work independently and under pressure
• Able to work at least 3 days per week
