Responsibilities

• Work closely with consultants by conducting joint meeting with client to identify recruitment needs from clients
• Support recruitment operations through researching, sourcing, and approaching of suitable candidates for different job mandates
• Day-to-day responsibilities including assisting consultants in research, generating names of potential candidates for specified search, developing appropriate target lists and maintaining a timely and accurate candidate database
• Assist consultants in the preparation of candidate and client reports

Requirements

• Experience in search/recruitment or a related research-based environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and result oriented
• Strong telephone presence and confidence in interfacing with different level of people
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
