Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To oversee a full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisitions, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management;
- To implement strategic HR initiatives and formulate respective policies and procedures;
- To drive people development and maintain a strong culture of service excellence across the company;
- To prepare annual staff budget and headcount planning;
- To oversee the daily office administration function including fitting-out works; and
- To assist in ad hoc corporate projects and assignments from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience of which 5 years should be gained in a managerial role, preferably in financial industry or public sector;
- Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player with excellent people and communication skills; and
- Policy drafting and report writing skills are essential.
