Job Duties

• Deliver quality customer service at concierge counter and handle promotion activities for shopping malls
• Deliver quality building management services including cleaning supervision
• Handle inquires / complaints from customers / tenant
• Carry out administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above with minimum 1-2 years' working experience related to customer service / building management at shopping mall
• Pleasant, patient, helpful and well-organized
• Good knowledge of MS Offices and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Shift duty is required
• 5.5 days' work per week
